Bruges (The Brussels Morning newspaper): Antonio Nusa a Norwegian player for Club Bruges had a medical issue that stalled his transfer to Brentford. He’s now fit and performing well aiming for a big transfer soon.

Antonio Nusa, the young player from Norway who plays for Club Bruggs had a big problem during the last winter transfer window. He was about to move to Brentford in the Premier League which would have been a huge deal for him. But just before the transfer there were some worries about his health in the medical check-up so the transfer didn’t happen. The tests showed possible problems with his knee making Brentford unsure about his fitness for the long term. Because of this they changed their mind about signing him.  Nusa had to stay with Club Bruges and now people are talking a lot about what this means for him.

Will Antonio Nusa’s fitness issues hinder his breakout season at club Bruges?

The deal didn’t happen and Nusa’s health issues were known. It affected him a lot. Other doctors said he was okay but the transfer was already canceled. Then, he got a hamstring injury after a back problem earlier. He didn’t play as much as before and didn’t show his full potential. Last season, he played 2,213 minutes, while Hans Vanaken played 5,199 minutes more than double that. Club Bruges and Nusa are hoping for a better season. Nusa is fit and ready to play more. In the recent games he started and played well. He even played the full match in the Super Cup which is a good sign. Nusa is considered a top talent despite not playing much last season. He performed well in terms of attacking actions and dribbling skills ranking high in the Belgian competition. His dribbling skills are impressive with a high success rate.

Nusa showed potential even in a tough season. Now it’s important for him to be more consistent and improve his decision-making after successful dribbles. His passing still needs work. Hans Vanaken believes Nusa has the talent to play for top teams but needs to learn to make the right choices which comes with experience. Better decision-making should lead to improved stats next season. A big transfer to a top European league is on the horizon with Crystal Palace showing interest. Consistent performance at Club Bruges is crucial for now but a transfer could happen quickly if Nusa starts the season well. Both Nusa and Club Bruges aim for success on the field and financially.
