Shooting in Anderlecht: Man stable after roundabout robbery

A man was shot during a fight. The attacker also robbed him, taking his wallet and cell phone. Police are investigating the incident.

On 8th October Friday morning at around 4:30 AM, a shooting took place at the roundabout between Veeartsenstraat and Eloystraat in the South police zone, which includes Anderlecht, Sint-Gillis, and Vorst. According to reports from La Capitale, police confirmed the incident and found a man with gunshot wounds to his upper body at the scene. The authorities are investigating the shooting to find out what happened, including possible motives and suspects. 

What led to the shooting and robbery incident in Anderlecht?

 A shooting occurred during a fight, and the victim was taken to the hospital. The victim is in stable condition and not in danger. Police say the shooting is not connected to drugs, so it wasn’t drug-related. It looks like the shots were fired during a physical fight between people.

The attacker not only shot the victim but also robbed them, taking their wallet and cell phone. The police are still searching for suspects and have not caught anyone yet. Authorities are working to gather more evidence and identify the person responsible for the shooting and robbery.
