As VRT News reported, Brussels Café Costermans, managed by Arnaud Jaspar-Costermans, is a new part of the family’s business, which has been around for a long time. The café is located where the family’s kitchen used to be.
Valérie Jaspar-Costermans’s brother, Arnaud Jaspar-Costermans, still runs the antique shop, which has the family’s name. They decided to split the work so they could keep the antique shop going and also grow the café.

According to the officials, Café Costermans uses fresh, good ingredients and has many flavours for everyone. People can find things like pistachio brioche and homemade granola. There are also club sandwiches and vegetarian buns. They can eat breakfast, lunch, or have a snack. The café also sells local products. They have natural wines and craft beers from small breweries in Brussels.
The café owner mentioned that the café has a big inside area where 50 people can sit. There’s also an outdoor terrace with space for 70 guests. The Costermans family wants to reach more people and offer a new experience. The antique shop will stay open. The café is in a building that the Jaspar-Costermans family has owned for many years. The café used to be the kitchen of their home.
