Victor Negrescu
Victor Negrescu is the S&D shadow rapporteur on the EU Budget 2022. Formerly Romania’s EU Affairs Minister, he has been an active member of the Budget Committee since 2014. Mr. Negrescu is also vice-chair of the Culture and Education Committee.
