Julian Gray is an Associate Consultant at Fourtold Brussels, a public
affairs and communications consultancy in Brussels, Belgium. Gray
specializes in policy research and analysis as well as delivering
public affairs campaigns. Previously, he completed stints at APCO
Worldwide and Eurasia Group, where he focused on public affairs and
geopolitical risk consulting. A dual British and French national, Gray
has worked and studied across Europe, the UK and China. He holds a
double Master’s degree in European Affairs and International Politics
from Sciences Po Paris and Shanghai’s Fudan University, and a BA from
the University of Oxford. He speaks fluent English and French and
advanced Mandarin Chinese, with a good knowledge of Spanish and
German.
