Fejzulla Drug Lord of Belgium Arrested in Madrid

Brussels (The Brussels Morning Newspaper): Haredin Fejzulla, a 59-year-old Albanian drug lord, was arrested in Madrid after being on Europe’s Most Wanted list for drug trafficking and organized crime. He faces a total of 29 years in prison in Belgium.

Fejzulla, 59 years old and Albanian, has been on the Most Wanted lists in Europe and Belgium since last year. He has been found multiple times in Brussels courts, mainly for drug trafficking, and has been sentenced to a total of 18 years in prison. In 2019, Fejzulla was found to be running a criminal group after a considerable investigation by the Brussels-North police. They watched him closely and gathered lots of information, showing how he managed illegal operations like selling drugs and cleaning dirty money.

How Did Fejzulla Evade Capture Until Now?

In 2019, they caught Fejzulla leading a big criminal gang after a thorough investigation by Brussels-North police. The gang was sneaky, using tricks to hide. The investigation led to many arrests and raids to stop the gang, a big move in fighting crime in the area. Fejzulla getting caught shows that when police team up, they can take down the bad guys. Fejzulla got 18 years in jail from different courts in Brussels for selling drugs and being in a criminal gang. Spanish police caught him last Thursday in Madrid. He’s going back to Belgium to do his time.
