Stabbing in Hasselt: 28-year-old injured, two suspects arrested

Hasselt (Brussels Morning Newspaper): A fight turned into a stabbing in Hasselt on 14th October around 4 PM, injuring a 28-year-old man. Police arrested two suspects, one adult and one minor. The investigation is still ongoing.

A fight happened on the 14th of October afternoon around 4:00 PM in the station area of Hasselt, on the bike path near CafĂ© Anoniem, a local community center. It started as an argument but quickly turned into a physical fight. The Limburg public prosecutor’s office said the situation got worse, leading to serious violence between those. The police had to step in to control the situation.

What caused the stabbing in Hasselt, and who are the suspects?

Authorities are investigating the incident to find out what happened and who was involved. A 28-year-old man was seriously injured in a stabbing. He suffered severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment, but his current condition has not been revealed.
