The girl got confused after coming out of the sea and couldn’t find the beach cabin where she was supposed to meet her father. Since she couldn’t locate the cabin she started walking around trying to find it. While she wandered she ended up covering a long distance as she tried to get back to the place they agreed to meet. In just 30 minutes the girl walked almost 5 kilometer she wanted to find the cabin but also how lost she felt. Her long walk shows how hard it was for her to find her way back without the cabin as a guide.

Morbee suggests parents should use free lost-and-found wristbands for kids to be found quickly if they get lost. Yesterday the coastal rescue service asked parents to watch their kids closely at the beach. On Tuesday during the first hot summer day 134 children got lost at the coast.
