What’s Next for the Borsbeek Street Food Truck Festival in 2026?

Organisers quickly submitted a new application for a festival of delicacies on Saturday, September 5th, 2026, and Sunday, September 6th, 2026. The application is still being processed. After missing a year, the Borsbeek Street Food Truck Festival aims to bring back its street food, live music, and community spirit.

The Borsbeek Street Food Truck Festival started in 2019 and soon became a popular event for locals. It offered a mix of street food, live music, and family-friendly activities. In September 2024, the festival celebrated its 5th anniversary with special attractions, including hot air balloon rides for visitors.

In 2025, the festival was cancelled after the organisers’ application to the City of Antwerp went unanswered, leaving the event’s future uncertain.
