Rob Roos MEP

Rob Roos is a member of the European Parliament for JA21 (ECR Group) After studying electrical energy technology, he worked for an engineering firm until he started his own business. Both as an employee and an entrepreneur, he has been involved in various infrastructure projects of national importance. After the successful sale of his two successful companies in infrastructure technology, the 'born Rotterdammer' opted for a political career. In the European Parliament, he is a member of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE). In this capacity, he is also involved in the decision-making around the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, in which government, industry, and education work together. He also takes place in the newly established Special Committee on Foreign Interference in Democratic Processes (INGE).
