Emmanuelle Vinois is coordinator of the national Move Coalition. Move is a collaboration of Caritas International Belgium, JRS Belgium, Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen and Ciré. Move visitors visit all
Belgian detention centers on a weekly basis and offer socio-legal support to detainees. Together with its partners, Move fights to revalue the right to freedom. www.movecoalition.be
