Andrey Kortunov
Dr Andrey Kortunov is a leading expert on Russian foreign policy. He has served as the Director General of Russia’s International Affairs Council (RIAC), a Moscow-based think tank, since 2011 and sits on the board of several Russian and international organizations linked to foreign policy. Dr Kortunov worked at the Soviet embassies in London and Washington, as well as the Permanent Delegation of the USSR to the UN. He has taught in universities around the world, including the University of California, Berkeley.
