The 2024 edition of European Hydrogen Week will be co-organised by the European Commission, Hydrogen Europe, and the Clean Hydrogen Partnership between 18-21 November 2024 in Brussels.Â
Hydrogen Europe is the European association acting to represent the interests of the hydrogen industry and its stakeholders and advancing hydrogen as an enabler of a zero-emission society. The Clean Hydrogen Partnership is a remarkable public-private partnership backing research and innovation (R&I) activities in hydrogen technologies in Europe. It aims to support and integrate EU scientific capacity, to accelerate the development and progress of advanced clean hydrogen applications.Â
What is the focus of European Hydrogen Week 2024?
According to the European Commission, the event will bring together all stakeholders across the value chain covering a mixture of topics: from policy, business, technology, and research matters to finance and funding – all around the hydrogen sector. Moreover, to ensure as many people as possible can witness the conversations and learn more about hydrogen solutions, the EU Commission made access to the event free of charge and available to all interested participants.
As reported by the EU Commission, producing on the success of the European Hydrogen Week 2023, also this year Hydrogen Europe, the European Commission and the Clean Hydrogen Partnership have teamed up to bring the complete hydrogen sector in one place for a whole week of conferences, presentations and great networking prospects.Â

Furthermore, the conference will stream present panels consisting of some of the most major stakeholders in the hydrogen industry surrounding the most critical topics facing this new industry: the necessity for both urgency and pragmatism in developing the regulatory framework, the unique challenges various sectors face to decarbonise and how hydrogen can help, and how to remain a leader in an industry that has caught the concentration of the rest of the world.
