Actress Katrien De Russcher donates 5 boxes of clothes to Lommel’s Het Gouden Hart

Lommel (Brussels Morning Newspaper): Katrien De Russcher, an actress from Lommel, donated five boxes of quality clothing from a TV series to Het Gouden Hart, a local free shop supporting those in need.

In Lommel, while making a TV series, the production company Thuishuis ended up with a lot of old clothes from the show. They wanted to find a way to reuse these items, so they asked the crew for ideas. Katrien De Russcher, an actress in the series, was excited to help. Living in Lommel and doing volunteer work in her community, she suggested donating the clothes to Het Gouden Hart, a local free shop that helps people in need. Her idea came from her connection to the community and the important work the shop does in Lommel.
