Tienen (Brussels Morning Newspaper) – In Tienen, ToThai, a restaurant in operation for 11 years, is temporarily closing due to a mouse issue. Manager Peter Bundervoet is ensuring the problem is fixed before reopening, following expert and food inspector checks.

In Tienen, ToThai, a restaurant that has been open for 11 years, has announced that they are closing temporarily because of a pest problem.  A recent food inspection found traces of mice in a storage area where drinks and other supplies are kept.  The restaurant thinks that the mice may have gotten in when they opened their patio doors.

They also think that the problem might be related to the general mouse problem in the neighbourhood.  The restaurant is closing so they can fix the problem and make sure that their restaurant is safe and clean.  They want to ensure that their customers feel safe and comfortable when they return.

What measures is ToThai in Tienen taking to address the mouse issue?

The ToThai team is very upset about the closure. They mentioned that the restaurant has always been very careful to follow health and safety rules.  They have passed all of their inspections, and their pest control company has always said that everything was fine.

Thai officials mentioned that they have always worked hard to make sure their restaurant is clean and free of pests.  Despite this challenge, the team is working to fix the problem, and they will reopen as soon as they can.

The manager, Peter Bundervoet, is taking the problem very seriously.  He is working to fix the problem right away.  The whole restaurant is being emptied and checked carefully to make sure there are no more mice.

They are also sealing up any cracks or holes so mice can’t get in.  They are putting in extra detectors to help find mice quickly.  The kitchen is being cleaned very carefully to make sure it is safe and clean.

The restaurant won’t reopen until experts and the food inspectors say it’s safe.  The managers are working hard to make sure everything is clean and safe.  They will only open again after the restaurant is checked carefully and cleaned properly.
