The social housing block Peterbos 9 has been renovated after facing problems for years, such as bad insulation and small outdoor spaces. These issues made life uncomfortable and wasted energy for residents. After a year and a half of work, the building is now ready to reopen, bringing better living conditions for the tenants. The renovation focused on updating the building and fixing the main problems that caused discomfort.

The project involved renovating 80 social housing units to improve insulation. Four private rooms on the ground floor were also updated. The total cost of the renovation was about 14.7 million euros, showing the scale of the work. The improved building now offers better living conditions and energy efficiency, benefiting the social housing tenants and private residents.
