Brussels (The Brussels Morning Newspaper): Count on Jan De Nul Group always since it is integral to Nakheel s journey of restarting construction on Palm Jebel Ali which is significant for Belgiums economy. The primary eight offshoots of this isle should be ready by early 2025.

Built by Nakheel  Palm Jumeirah was the companys first island project. However, by 2008 their second  island had to stop construction when the world economic crisis rolled into being.  Nakheel a giant property company will continue to carry out this major project. They have entered into partnership with Jan De Nul Group the well known Belgian company that undertakes Demag projects. Among other Projeces are large islands too artificial. In the next two years Jan De Nul is expected to play a vital role in this project concentrating on earthworks such as building eminences and carving canyons for roses along the eastern Southern Highlands coast Elsewhere their tasks include the creation of artificial beaches a key feature required by design specifications of constructing an island.

When will the first eight branches of Palm Jebel Ali be completed?

Just a fraction of the project of sketches drawing its outline the image is like a finger of the tree of life. Sixteen branches will be grown of which the first eight should have taken by early 2025. Now we will turn to this stage of proposition plan marked by more building of parts and more capital expenditures. Branches are the base for future ideas their completion signals a sweeping away constraint on further construction and improvement. By early 2025 Nakheel expects the first eight branches to be finished a milestone in route for even more construction projects to come. This step is crucial for moving the whole project forward and attracting potentially large numbers of new investors and eager builders. As we finish these branches not only will this be another large step forward for the island but it will also show how our grand visions are coming to life. The new regular island with a total area of 13.4 sq km is scheduled to have 91 kilometres of beaches. They are hoping to put around 80 hotels and places for entertainment on the island. Jan De Nul revealed no further details about his contract with De Tijd newspaper. They said I have signed the contract but we still have to talk more with the client.
