What are the Key Highlights from the QS European University Rankings 2024?
This year ETH Zurich – Swiss Federal Institute of Technology became the top-ranked university in the QS European University Rankings moving up from second place last year. Leuven is the top Belgian university at 27th place down 6 spots from last year. UGent moved up 6 places to 47th. Then there’s UCLouvain (75), ULB (94), UAntwerpen (109), VUB (114), University of Liège (165), UHasselt (249), University of Namur (365), University of Mons (368), and Saint-Louis University Brussels (601). The ranking includes 685 universities from 42 countries. The UK has the most with 103 followed by Turkey (72) and Germany.
