Heusden (Brussels Morning Newspaper) – Adriana (from Heusden, Belgium) disappeared on March 6, 2025 evening after leaving her 3 children (10, 6, 3) with her mother. She was last seen boarding a bus to Beringen. Her phone is off. Police are investigating.

On Thursday, March 6, 2025, a woman from Heusden, a municipality in the Belgian province of Limburg, vanished after informing her mother she was going to meet someone for iftar, the meal had after sunset during Ramadan.

The family of the woman reported the disappearance to the police, who initially instructed them to wait for 48 hours before reporting a missing persons case. An investigation was launched. The man she was supposed to meet that evening was questioned, but he denied seeing her.

What happened to Adriana?

The woman is still missing. They are hoping for someone to approach them with news that could be helpful in the search for her. The community and the police are working together, urging anybody who may have heard or noticed anything to come forward.

Adriana is about 1.60 meters tall.  She has brown skin.  When she disappeared, she was wearing a grey blazer, a black shirt with gold glitter, black pants, and white Nike sneakers.  She was also carrying a Louis Vuitton handbag.  The family is hoping that someone will see her and call the police.

Adriana left her 3 children, ages 10, 6, and 3, with her mother and said she would be back within an hour. She boarded a bus at Koolmijnlaan in Heusden, near the Wibra store, heading towards Beringen.

She is still missing, according to her mother, and every effort to reach her has proved unsuccessful. Her brother, Sacha, as a representative of the family, stressed that it was completely unusual behaviour and the family had never before experienced such a thing happening.
