Carlos Vargas-Ramos
Carlos Vargas-Ramos, a researcher and Director for Public Policy at the Center for Puerto Rican Studies (Hunter College-CUNY), is co-editor of Puerto Ricans at the Dawn of the New Millennium and Blessing La Política: The Latino Religious Experience and Political Engagement in the United States. He is also adjunct associate professor of political science at Columbia University.
