Professor Andrea Guerrini is President of WAREG, the Association of European Water Regulators, and Commissioner of ARERA, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks, and Environment. He is a Professor of Performance Management, Planning, and Control in the Department of Business Economics at the University of Verona, Italy, where he researches and teaches water utilities and regulation. Professor Guerrini has led research projects financed by the EU and was one of the founders of the Water Management and Technology Research Centre.
