Belgium warms to 23°C, Bram Verbruggen warns of cooldown

Brussels (Brussels Morning Newspaper) – Belgium will be warm today March 21, 2025, reaching 23°C in the Kempen. Clouds from France will bring evening rain. Bram Verbruggen notes exceptional warmth. Cooler weather follows, with showers and thunderstorms, dropping to 7–12°C by midweek.

According to KMI, Belgium will be warm on March 21, 2025. In the Kempen, the temperature will reach 23°C. It will be cooler in the Ardennes and along the coast. The temperature will be 18 to 19°C.  It will be warmer in Lower Belgium. The temperature will be 20 to 22°C.  

They mentioned that the clouds will increase in the afternoon.  The clouds will come from France.  It may rain in the evening.  The rain will come from the south.  The temperature will be 8°C in the Ardennes at night. The temperature will be 11 to 13°C in Flanders at night.

“We are getting a supply of warm air from the deep south, it will be exceptionally warm today,”

Is Belgium returning to typical March weather soon?

Tomorrow, March 22, 2025, will see a change in Belgium’s weather. Throughout the day, there will be a mix of cloud cover and sunshine. Mornings could be sunny, while afternoons and evenings could bring showers. It will be cooler than today, with temperatures ranging from 14°C to 18°C.  

Belgium’s weather will change. March-like temperatures will prevail. Across the nation, Sunday, March 23, 2025, is predicted to be overcast with many showers. The temperature will range from 12 to 16 degrees Celsius. Compared to the recent warm weather, this temperature is lower. 

The weather will keep changing on Monday, March 24, 2025. There will be sunshine and clouds. There will be showers, particularly during the day. The temperature will keep falling, with highs ranging from 9°C to 15°C.

Tuesday, March 25, 2025, will be cloudier and colder. There will be mostly overcast skies, and a few showers will fall in some places. It will be much colder than it has been, with a temperature of 9°C to 14°C.

On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, and Thursday, March 27, 2025, the skies will be even cloudier, with persistent drizzle or occasional showers throughout the day. The cooling trend will continue, with maximum temperatures falling between 7°C and 12°C.
