Brussels (The Brussels Morning Newspaper): In a meeting held on Sunday night senior political representatives attended to discuss and resolve their differences which included shifting support for MR de Wevers plan by the Flemish socialist party Vooruit. It was however hotly contested by the Francophone liberal party MR leading to a break in the discussions which are expected to resume early Monday. As for us we are waiting to know what will happen next  Mr De Wever would tell King Filip later today.

Sunday evening about 7:30 PM saw big men seeing each other in the Speaker’s office to discuss big things. This was important for they were to iron out some things by deliberating on them. Everyone was excited because they had to resolve their differences over things and agree on them.

How will recent changes affect Belgian political negotiations and consensus?

Prior to the evening conversation the Flemish socialist party Vooruit who had no liking for Mr. De Wever’s plan before changed their mind. Although it hadnt been in favor of the concept before they now feel that there could come up a possible answer. So doing would indicate that they may be ready to compromise and find workable solutions which can result positively in negotiations. On Sunday Mr. De Wever engaged Conner Rousseau in a candid dialogue that cleared off many hitches which had been bedeviling negotiations. Compromises were reached to address some of the concerns from Vooruit helping foster a more positive atmosphere for discussions. But the Francophone liberal party MR was not pleased with alterations made to pacify the Flemish socialists .Before it striked midnight the great five-way dialogue paused as matters escalated and conflicts became larger. It was intended give an opportunity for French-speaking socialists and Mr. De Wevers N-VA to talk privately. Thus they could address the concerns of Francophone socialists and come up with a solution that would please all before resuming the big talks again. Negotiators requested to stop working by around four am on Monday morning. VRT news says that Flemish nationalist party N-VA is silent Nevertheless as per VRT News Mr. De Wever is not losing hope yet. He will meet with King Filip at two o clock this afternoon. He is going to inform him such like how far have they gone so far. The king makes the call if indeed he would be there for long leading these talks or lead them no more.
