Police are still searching for the thugs who left a man with horrific facial injuries during a brutal robbery three months ago.
Tom Brownrigg, 24, was brutally attacked in Hull city centre in the early hours of September 17 – but no one has yet been charged in connection with it.
Police arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of assault, who has since been released on police bail.
Another man, 20, who was arrested the day after the robbery, was released without charge.
Tom, of Beverley Road, was unconscious for two hours and was left with a fractured eye socket and a broken nose after he was approached from behind by two or more men and beaten.
They stole his wallet, smartphone and a lighter, before continuing to carry out a sustained and violent attack.
He was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary for treatment before being released later that day.
His family released a shocking image of his injuries after the attack, which happened near the fountain in Queens Gardens, Hull.
A spokesman for Humberside Police said: ‘Investigations are ongoing and one man is still on police bail.
‘We would ask anyone with any information to call us on 101 quoting log 98 of 17/09/17 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.’
